The Member (You) agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our “VE Privilege Membership”. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us (The Member and VE Hospitality Pvt. Ltd) and you with respect to the “VE Privilege Membership” and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreement, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the “VE Privilege Membership” the content, products or services provided by or through the “VE Privilege Membership”, and the subject matter of this agreement.

Interpretations

Membership: Membership means VE Privilege Membership upon purchasing of VE Privilege Membership Card.

Term of Membership: The Term of Membership is for 5 (Five) Years subject to Renewal of the Membership Annually.

Annual Maintenance Charge: Annual Maintenance Charge is the amount to be paid towards the renewal of the membership card annually once (upon completion of 12 months from the initial date & month of purchase).

Annual Holiday: Annual Holiday is the accommodation provided to the member with family for a specific number of nights in the VE associated / partnered hotels/homestays.

Lapse of Member ship: Non renewal of member ship with in three months from the date of expiry of membership deemed to be lapse. And cannot be renewed further

Accommodation: Accommodation is provided to the members only in the VE partnered hotels. List of partnered hotels location wise is attached as Annexure – I

Family: Cardholder +Spouse +Son+ Daughter

Addition of Family Members: Son in law + Daughter in law

Child: A Person above 12 years of age will not be treated as child

Acceptance: Use of a Privilege Membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed here-in.

  1. Membership Card: The Membership card is the property of the VE Hospitality Pvt. Ltd and must be returned upon request. Membership cards are valid for the membership term, which is one year after initial purchase date & month. Membership cards have no cash value and do not guarantee any reservation.
  2. Membership Fees: Membership Fee is not refundable / transferable under any circumstances.
  3. Renewal: The membership card is valid for one year (12 months) from the initial date & month of purchase. The validity of the card expires on 13 th month (from the date & month of initial purchase). The member should renew the card by paying the Annual Maintenance charge to ensure the membership shall not be lapsed.
  4. Membership Inclusions:
    • Accommodation – Member is entitled to avail 3 Nights’ accommodation in the partnered hotels of VE Hospitality as a part of annual holiday with family. However, VE Hospitality can facilitate the accommodation up to 3 Adults in the same room. If the number of adults are more than 3, then a separate room shall be booked with additional costs and the separate room shall not be included in the membership program.
      A.1 however the membership package inclusions towards accommodation shall change on a case to case scenario, depending on the criteria of purchase of member ship card
    • Children Below 12 Years of age not more than two shall be included in the membership package. Additional charges will be attracted for more than two children.
    • Day-Outing – Member is entitled to avail the Day Outing program twice (2 times) in a year along with family.
    • The Member shall get a basic wellness membership as complimentary from VE wellness partner. Details enclosed in Annexure II
    • The Member shall be entitled to get special discounts on the services offered by VE Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Please note that the discounts are subject to change without any prior intimation.
    • The Member shall get special discounts on availing the services of VE partnered Spa’s. Across the locations, however, the offering of discounts shall be purely at the discretion of service provider. VE Hospitality shall not be held responsible for the same.
  5. Addition of Family Members: The Member has the facility to include the family members with an additional membership fee of Rs. 10,000/- per member per year. This facility of adding the members to the existing membership card is strictly allowed only to the family members of the primary membership holder. Friends and relatives shall not be considered as Family Members. An Annual Membership renewal charges of Rs. 2000/- per member shall be paid during the renewal of the membership annually.
  6. Add-On Services: The members can request the following on pay-per-use basis
    • Pick-Up and drop from the Airport/Railway Station etc.,
    • Lunch/Dinner
    • Sightseeing etc
      However, the above services are subject to availability and purely at the discretion of the partnered hotels/homestays of VE. VE Hospitality shall not be held liable for the non-provision of services by the partnered hotels/homestays.
  7. Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
  8. Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits:
    • A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a member’s guest. The Member/ Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit. Transferable benefits are Day outing coupons only.
    • B. Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by HOTEL / Home stay. (Benefits are mentioned below)

  12. Black-Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Diwali, Dussehra, Sankranthi, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and other Holy days. Blackout dates subject to location of choice
  13. Reservations & Confirmations: The Member shall inform the VE Customer Care at- least 45 days in advance towards the usage of the Annual Holiday benefit, chosen location and hotel. Please note that, the accommodation is made available only in the hotels of VE Hospitality associated partners.
  14. Modifications (Associated Partners & Benefit Changes): Participating associated partners may cease to honour benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify associated partners participation & benefits by calling Customer Care Service. VE Hospitality Pvt. Ltd shall not be held liable for any such modifications or cease of honour benefits by associated partners.
  15. Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Care Service. A processing fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as first card.
  16. Cancellations: The Privilege Membership card cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be made upon cancellation of the card.
  17. The Terms & Conditions of VE Privilege Membership Card can subject to change with or without intimation.
  18. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the VE Hospitality, agents, operators, franchisors or licensors of any associate partner hotel / homestay that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
  19. Jurisdiction: The Jurisidiction shall be the Courts In Hyderabad only.
